If we have good experiences we may go on, if not we will likely return the boat to FL for sale and return to Seattle. All depends on how much we like the cruising life style. We are going Seattle to Boston, Boston to Windward Islands, then to ABC islands, then make a decision on going on or not.

I joined the list as I have an interest in following the activities and possibly crewing with a boat if the opportunity arises. I have been actively reading up on the NAR (seen the video) and Egrets current journey. My sister bought me your book last month of the NAR ralley, and given a lull in my project, I plan to dive into it. -Jeff

We will be in Mexico starting the fall of 2007 so we could make the 2008 timing, we just wanted to spend more time in Mexico and we may have some personal conflicts preventing the 2008 timing.

Type anything here you would like.: Our boat is likely to be commissioned in Dana Pt mid summer 07.The cruise fits very well with our modified plans we had originally hoped to cruise Alaska but this will not be possible with our revised completion date. Our cruising experience is limited to UK and Mediterrean waters 1500 to 2500 miles per year so being part of a group of fellow Nordhavn owners would be great

Just prior to the 2010 olympics here in Vancouver. Then down the west coast and take the jump at some point. Might just follow the route Idlewild made up the other side. Thats the goal but if the boat holds up might try around the world. On the old conversion this should prove to be interesting LOL.
